About Us

We are a group of 3 working professionals from actuarial, legal and medical background with a shared passion for positive and productive workplace atmosphere.

Being Malaysians, we deeply understand the frustrations of many Malaysians when it comes to excessive sweating and bad body odor brought on by the 'overwhelmingly friendly' weather in Malaysia. Be it having a business meeting, arguing a case in court, conducting a surgery, or even having a teh tarik (Malaysian milk tea) with a friend at a Mamak stall, excessive sweating and bad body odor are certainly counterproductive.

The conventional deodorants are helpful. However, for many with dry and sensitive skin like ourselves, the conventional deodorants might lead to unwanted skin reactions like redness, dryness, itchiness, or even cracks due to their synthetic ingredients.

Thus we set out to lakar (design in Malay language) our own purely natural deodorant which is enriched with prebiotics to tackle this common Malaysian problem, yet skin-protective. We believe it is everyone’s right to good body odor and self confidence.

What's Special About Our Products?

We understand the dilemma of many with dry and sensitive skin as we have it too, unfortunately. Therefore, we wanted our products to be purely natural to minimize the unwanted skin reactions such as redness, dryness, itchiness, or even cracks.

Utilising corn starch as our main absorbent, we have added on zinc ricinoleate (derived from castor oil) and magnesium hydroxide (a natural compund) which are both effective odor-adsorbing agents. Furthermore, we have included inulin and alpha-glucan oligosaccharide which are both prebiotics that promote the growth of good skin flora and thus reduce the population of bad skin flora that leads to bad body odor.

Our Vision

We aspire to be a proud Malaysian homegrown brand for natural personal body care products, especially in the space of natural deodorant.
