30- Day Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: The request must be made within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

  • Condition: The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. If the product is opened or used, it may be eligible for a partial refund or no refund, subject to inspection.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid receipt or order confirmation email.

 

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

i) Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at lakare.natural@gmail.com. Please include the following details:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable) showing any damage or issues with the product

ii) Approval Process: Once we receive your request, we will assess the return request and notify you of the next steps within 5 business days.

iii) Return the Product: If your refund request is approved, you will need to send the product back to us at the following address:

Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective, damaged during transit, or the wrong item was shipped.

 

3. Refund Method

  • Approved Refunds: If your refund is approved, we will process it within 7–10 business days.

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).

  • Store Credit: In cases where a refund to the original payment method is not possible, we may offer store credit for the equivalent amount.

 

4. Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Products that have been opened or used.

  • Products that were not purchased through our official website or shopping platforms.

 

5. Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that certain fees, such as shipping charges, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
